Hekmatshoar wins Best Poster at MRS Meeting
Bahman Hekmatshoar, electrical engineering graduate student, won Best Poster at the Materials Research Society Spring 2007 Meeting in San Francisco, CA. Hekmatshoar won the Best Poster Award for his poster on Dependence of Stability of a-Si TFT's Fabricated on Clear Plastic at 285°C on Gate Stress Voltage.
