Nanonex  NX-S-4 Separator Manufacturer: Nanonex Operating Instructions

General Information and Usage:

Nanonex separator is located in the nanoimprint hood.  It is used to separate the wafer and the mold after imprinting.   It can handle 4-inch wafers and molds only.  Other wafer sizes or irregular pieces must be separated by hand.
