Web Quiz

PRISM web quiz concentrates on PRISM-specific safety procedures and it is mandatory for every user of the Micro/Nano Fabrication Laboratory. Passing the quiz with score of 100 is necessary for obtaining access to the Lab. The quiz is divided into three sections, each containing several pages of reading material followed by a quiz. The quiz is located on the Blackboard site of Princeton University (http://blackboard.princeton.edu/). Users need to have Princeton University e-mail address to access the Blackboard. To log in type your netid and e-mail password. (Outside users that do not have a Princeton University e-mail address should contact the clean room staff.) To find the quiz perform an Organization search for "PRISM Clean Room Quiz". The reading material is in the Course Documents section. The quizzes can be found in the Assignments section. If you cannot access the quiz, please contact the PRISM M/NFL staff.

The users are not allowed any mistakes. Upon finishing each section your test score is displayed. If you scored 100 you may proceed to the next section. If you made any mistakes, you need to retake the quiz until your score is 100. You don't need to logout and re-login to retake the quiz. There is no need to take all three sections at once. You may return to the other sections of the quiz at a later time.
